These terms explain the rules for using our website, products and services. By using them, you agree to these terms. Project-specific contracts and product subscription agreements take priority where they differ.
These terms are an agreement between you and Digitrust Technologies Company Limited (“Digitrust”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Ghana, with its office at CP Last Stop, opposite Goodness Fuel Station, Kasoa, Central Region, Ghana.
These terms apply to our website, our software products (SellarPro, Digitrust HMS, Teller360, Osuite HR and Osuite ERP), and our services (custom software development, website design, ecommerce development and digital marketing).
Where you sign a separate proposal, contract, statement of work or subscription agreement with us, that document applies alongside these terms. If they conflict, the signed document wins.
Some products require an account. You must:
You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must not use our website, products or services to:
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Product subscriptions are billed in advance for the period you choose. Prices are shown in Ghana cedis and may include or exclude taxes as stated on the pricing page or invoice.
For projects, payment terms are set out in your proposal or contract. Unless agreed otherwise, we may pause work on overdue accounts.
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.
Refunds are covered by our Refund policy.
You own the business data you put into our products. We process it only to provide and improve the service, as explained in our Privacy policy and Data protection page.
You can export your data while your subscription is active and for 30 days after it ends. After that, we may delete it.
We own our software, website, brand names and logos, including SellarPro, Digitrust HMS, Teller360, Osuite HR and Osuite ERP. A subscription gives you a right to use them; it does not transfer ownership.
For custom projects, ownership of deliverables passes to you as set out in your contract, normally once full payment is received. We may reuse general know-how, tools and code libraries that are not specific to your project.
We work hard to keep our products available, but we cannot promise they will be free of interruptions or errors. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.
Support hours and response times are set out in your plan or support agreement.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Ghanaian law.
Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost business or lost data that could have been prevented by reasonable backups. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected product or service in that period.
You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or end access if you seriously breach these terms or do not pay, after giving you notice where reasonable.
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and, for significant changes, notify account holders by email or in the product before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. We will try to resolve any dispute informally first. If that fails, the courts of Ghana will have jurisdiction.
