  • Digital marketing services
  • Custom software solutions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

4. USER ACCOUNTS

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Some Services are offered on a subscription basis.

  • Fees are billed in advance (monthly or annually)
  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access

Digitrust Technologies reserves the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

  • Interfere with or disrupt system integrity or performance
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the software without permission

Violation may result in immediate termination of your account.

7. DATA AND PRIVACY

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of your data. However, you grant Digitrust Technologies the right to process and store data necessary to provide the Services.

We implement reasonable security measures but do not guarantee absolute security.

8. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Google Calendar, payment gateways).

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party service failures
  • Data handling by third parties
  • Changes in third-party APIs or policies

Use of such integrations is at your own risk.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digitrust Technologies from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ghana.
